What is ColorMatch?
ColorMatch is a high-speed reaction game where your brain and your mouth are put to the ultimate test. Using conflicting visual cues, it pushes your thinking to the limit—forcing quick decisions as you race to call out the correct match and win tokens.
Easy to learn in seconds, but exciting enough to keep you coming back for more. It’s the perfect mix of fast-paced challenge and instant fun—coming soon to your game nights.
Objective
of the game
Inspired by the Stroop Effect, a psychological phenomenon where your brain struggles to match words with colours. ColourMatch tests your reflexes, focus, & mental agility.
Be the fastest to match cards in changing scenarios that test your ability to process conflicting information
Outsmart opponents, collect the tokens, points, or Colour Matches to win!
The Anatomy of the Game Play Cards
Colormatch card have 2 zones: Outer Perimeter & Centre Spot
Gameplay is based on which zone the text is written
Each zone features:
Colour of background or spot
The word says
The colour the text is written

Playing The ColorMatch game
All colormtach cards get distributed evenly between the players.
2. Flip your top card into the centre play zone (Like Snap).
3. Say the correct color based on the game play card prompt (e.g. text color, spot/card color or the word says).
1. Everyone take note of the face up GAME PLAY CARD in the centre of the table and its call zone before commencing.
5. Keep an eye out for a Mix, Link or Match.
Slap the cards and call ‘ColorMatch’ when you see one
6. Collect ColorMatch tokens for every correct ColorMatch called.
Double Points: If you manage to call the match by name ,(Mix, Link or Match rather than just colormatch) you get double points and get to take 2 tokens (for that match)!
4. Speak clearly, within 2 seconds without hesitation. Dont miss call, hesitate too long or you will be in time out!

7. Agfter each colormatch or misscall flip the top GAME PLAY CARD face down to the gameplay discard pile and reveal the next.
8. Continue the gameplay until there is a colormatch winner.
Game ends and the winner is after any player collects a full set of tokens. A Match, Link and a Mix, Or play for points, all players add the value of their colormatch tokens at the end of each round or a set amount of time and the player with the most points wins!
